The Investigation

After grabbing a quick bite to eat, we returned to the Inn and
commenced EMF and temperature sweeps and determined baseline
readings for the different rooms. We set up base camp on the
ground floor with the DVR system and monitor. The IR cameras were
set up in predetermined locations as well as audio and T.Az.P.S.
energy emitting devices for EVP sessions. As the evening
progressed, we did have some personal experiences from this
formal brothel. During an EVP session, an investigator has his
mustache fondled while another had his crotch smacked.  There was
an unexplained electromagnetic field in one of the rooms that
traveled around the room in all different areas.  We utilized our
energy emitting devices with EVP sessions at different times and
with different devices throughout the night and decided to call it a
night at approximately 3am.

Upon analyzing many hours of DVR footage, video footage, digital
audio and video audio, we discovered paranormal activity in all
media. The motion sensor operated lights in the stairwell turned on
by themselves when there was nobody there, there was a mist that
went past the camera at base camp and many EVP recorded.

General Impressions:

The Red Garter Inn is a beautifully restored bed and breakfast located
in the historic town of Williams Arizona. The famed "Route 66" runs right
through this nostalgic little town as well as the vintage Grand Canyon
Railway located directly across the street. The beauty of this bed and
breakfast goes way far and beyond any expectations of the first time
visitor. The awe and amazement of finding the perfect place to stay can
leave you with a loss for words and a sense of comfort reminding you of
home.
Mr. John Holst met with us and proceeded to give us a tour and explained
the history of the "Inn". His vast knowledge of the history of the building
was as fascinating as his renovation skills involved in turning this building
into the beautiful landmark structure that it is today. We thank him for his
kindness, his generosity and for giving us the opportunity to investigate
this beautiful bed and breakfast.

TETZLAFF BUILDING

"This victorian-romanesque style building, designed as a saloon and bordello was built in
1897 by german tailor August Tetzlaff. Offering female company in eight cribs and an
elegant parlor, it also boasted a two story outhouse. Whiskey, pool tables and poker
games provided entertainment on the ground floor, as didd the chinese restaurant and
opium den located at the back of the building. This brick building stoppeddd the devestating
1901 and 1903 firess that burned down all of "saloon row" to the east. It is now on the
national register of historical places".

These findings are what they are. The evidence that was caught on DVR
and EVP recordings are indications that some paranormal activity is
happening at The Red Garter Inn, but non the less, The Red Garter Inn is
by far one of the most charming, historical bed and breakfast inns I have
ever had the pleasure to visit. If you ever go through Williams, be sure
you stop by The Red Garter Inn and say hi to John and spend the night.
You just may get a visit from "Kate" during your stay.

John, you are a gentleman above gentlemen and T.Az.P.S. is grateful to
you for everything you have done for us. Thank you John.
