| 1. The "client(s)" to be present at the investigation location will consist of no more than two adults. 2. In order to have an uninterrupted investigation, we ask that no persons other than the client(s) be in the location of the investigation. This will eliminate the possibility of unnecessary noise corrupting any audio recordings gathered. 3. We ask that children not be present at the investigation location. (unless extreme circumstances prevail) 4. Air conditioners, heaters, ceiling fans, televisions, radios and any other noise producing apparatuses will be turned off during the investigation. 5. Please, no smoking in the investigation location prior to our arrival. |

| In order for T.Az.P.S. investigators to conduct a thorough, untainted paranormal investigation, it is very important that the following guidelines be followed and adhered to by the client(s). At the client's request, arrangements can be made for extreme or special circumstances. |

| 6. Please allow enough time for the investigation to be completed. Paranormal activity can happen at any time day or night and there are variables to consider in how long an investigation can take. Usually, per investigation, it may take from 4 to 8 hours to collect evidence for analysis and up to one to two weeks to analyze video, audio and still pictures. Other circumstances have prolonged some investigations for days, weeks and even months depending on the amount and nature of activity. 7. We do not charge for our investigations. If the activity merits a follow up investigation, we will conduct one free of charge. With present fuel prices being what they are, any donations offered for reimbursement of fuel, supplies etc will be considered and appreciated but is not required. *NOTE: We do not claim to get rid of ghosts. We conduct scientific investigations of reported paranormal activity, analyze and determine what may or may not be considered paranormal evidence, present evidence collected and submit conclusions to the client(s) for the discussion of possible options to be taken. |
