| Ever since starting this type of Energy Research back in 2007, we are truly amazed at the accomplishments and results of the experimentation and testing of these Energy Emitting Devices during actual paranormal investigations. The energy emitting equipment that our Tech Director Randy Arbogast has built has changed our former investigation methods into methods of science and hypothesis testing. | GHOST IN THE MACHINE? By Barry E. Taff, Ph.D. When psychical research began in 1882, it was assumed that many paranormal experiences such as apparitions, hauntings, poltergeists & apports, were, in fact, the result of discarnate intelligence(s) manifesting themselves in a variety of ways. Today, the science of parapsychology has discovered that these events are far more complicated and intricate than originally believed, appearing to be the confluence of several different variables working in concert. After many decades of instrumented field research, the longitudinal data strongly suggests that hauntings and poltergeists are indeed the result of an extraordinary mingling of bio-energetic and environmental energies. This confluence is where localized electromagnetic (EM)/geomagnetic environment (GM) fields dramatically influence individuals with functionally different nervous systems (i.e. Epileptics & seizure prone). If such people are exposed to these anomalistic EM or GM fields, their own nervous system inductively couples with the environment in such a way as to initiate and orient paranormal phenomena. In point of fact, in my new book that was recently published by Cosmic Pantheon Press: "Aliens Above, Ghosts Below: Explorations of the Unknown", these matters are discussed in depth throughout over one third of the book, covering numerous cases over forty years. This evidence is clear and definitive, although there still remains much to be learned. But we’ve finally gone beneath the waterline of this paranormal "iceberg" and can now better appreciate it for what it is. Moreover, it is really important to understand that when EM instrumentation detects something anomalous, it is NOT detecting the presence of a ghost or spirit. What’s being measured is the way in which the environment is reacting to our own presence. There is absolutely no evidence whatsoever suggesting the any instrument known can directly detect the presence of a ghost, spirit or consciousness. We cannot measure what we do not yet know. Science depends NOT on speculation, but on conclusions derived from experiments. With that being said, T.Az.P.R.S. is conducting research of various degrees in order to establish: * What types as well as variables of energy are required to aid in spirit communication? * Can specific types of applied energies "manufacture" intelligent answers to questions asked? * Could electromagnetic hypersensitivity in humans possibly be behind paranormal activity? * Can certain types of applied energies affect the brain's ability of perception? * Can electromagnetic energy trigger events to happen by means of an "agent"? * Can spirits recognise and utilize the energy that is offered to communicate? * Can manifestation be accomplished easier with adding certain energies to the immediate environment? * Is it possible to hear spirit voices without playback on a recorder? * Is there a specific configuration of electronics and energy that would establish positive communication between the living and spirit world? | - UPDATE - In January of 2011, T.Az.R.P.S. E.E.R.A.D. members Frank Madrid and Randy Arbogast were invited to the Jerome Grand Hotel shoot for Travel Channel's "Ghost Adventures" series. GAC wanted to hear a couple of EVP that was captured on digital audio recorders during our second paranormal investigation of the Grand Hotel and old Unified Verde Hospital. We agreed and brought our energy emitting equipment along for their review.
