Client Reveal Protocol
Upon completion of an investigation, all investigators will have one to two weeks (depending on
the amount of recorded media and length of investigation) to analyze their own evidence which
may consist of, but not limited to, digital still photos, video, audio and audio from video cameras.
Upon completion of analysis, all presumed evidence (photos, video clips and audio clips) will be
sent to the founder(s) of T.Az.P.R.S. for final analysis and confirmation of paranormal evidence.
After all of the evidence is compiled, the client will be notified and a meeting may
or may not be scheduled for a reveal in person of captured evidence.
Some clients prefer to have the evidence e-mailed to them.

The “Personal Reveal Meeting” will consist of:

1. Introductions between all present.
2. Setting up the laptop computer for the reveal of evidence.
3. Explanation of the steps of investigation and equipment used.
4. Revealing the evidence in a manner which allows the client to ask questions in order to fully
understand what was recorded in their home.
5. Answering the client’s questions truthfully, honestly and to the best of our ability with care
and respect to the client’s feelings.
6. If requested by the client, leaving a disc of the evidence presented and thanking them for the
opportunity to investigate their home as well as reassurance that we are here for support with
respect to the validation of reported paranormal activity.
7. If the evidence merits a follow up investigation, available dates will be researched and the
client will be contacted to schedule the follow up investigation.

The "Cyber-Reveal Meeting" will consist of:

1. Contacting the client by telephone to conduct the reveal without being there in person.
2. Ensuring the client has e-mail open along with a prefered audio program that is compatable
with WAV audio files as well as a photo program or media player compatable with AVI video files.
3. Sending audio files, photos or video clips via e-mail one at a time for client to
download and save.
4. Going over each audio file or video file played in unison and answering any questions that the
client may have about the recording.
5. Going over all photos of interest via photography program and answering any questions that
the client may have about the photos
6. Discussing the investigations events, personal experiences and conclusion of the
investigation.
7. If the evidence merits a follow up investigation, available dates will be researched and the
client will be contacted to schedule the follow up investigation.

NOTE: Because of the possible excitement involved, there have been issues about
clients receiving all evidence e-mailed at one time. Client protocol becomes lost and
clients tend to play audio recordings at random without actually listening to each
one individually with our explanations of what was occurring at the time of the
recording. This confuses the issue when no order is involved, therefore, absolutely
no evidence will be sent to the client before the scheduled reveal and all evidence
will be sent one at a time (audio for example) so each one can be discussed in specific
order and all stipulations are understood by the client about said evidence.
